I’m Lee Ann Wade, a REALTOR® with Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno, serving Los Gatos, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, Campbell and the greater Silicon Valley.
For more than 25 years, I've been immersed in homes—from building and remodeling to real estate investing, professional organizing, and now representing buyers and sellers.
I've seen what makes a home work, what makes a renovation worthwhile, what creates value, and what can become an expensive mistake.
That experience shapes the way I work with every client.
I don't just see a house as it is today. I look at what it could become, what it would take to get there, and whether that makes sense for the person standing beside me.
I've lived in Los Gatos for more than 30 years. My husband, Eric, is a third-generation Los Gatos builder, and together we've spent years immersed in the homes, neighborhoods, projects, and possibilities that make this community special.
We chose Los Gatos to raise our family, and I care deeply about the people who call it home.

I've worked alongside him for years, evaluating land and property for potential and shaping design decisions to maximize resale value — so you get both a builder's eye and a seller's instinct on every property.

With over 10 years of experience as a professional organizer, I offer an optional service (available at an additional cost) that takes the stress out of settling in.
